What Matt I likes about Get The Scoop:
We drove out from ypsi bc they were the closest ice cream shop open past 9pm. No frills ice cream shop on the lake. The owner was really friendly and the place was busy for 9:30pm. The Ice cream sundae was good. I believe they have hand scooped and soft serve. They have all the traditional options youd expect and some things the owner created as well. Hit the spot! I went here today and ordered a Turtle Sundae.First off the lady behind the glass tried charging me over $9.00, then she told the young lady who was an absolute sweetheart that the chocolate syrup was hot fudge and the caramel syrup was hot caramel, NOT.The pecans were stale.I’m assuming they were only filling in. But still, a fast run through would of been nice. View all feedback.
Came here twice when their hours stated that they’re open until 10. They were closed both times around 6-8pm. Update your hours if you’re not open.
Amazing ice cream and shakes, we had never been here before, and decided to stop and try it out. So glad we did, and we will be back!!!
