I placed a fairly large order, online, to be delivered to my place of work. The online tracker stated that the order was delivered, but the food never arrived. What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
1 star because it was good despite everything. sunday shortly before midday. chairs on tables, tables and floors very dirty, not changed after the end last night. surfing and ordering rungs. no garnel. ikea. we can dive in? yes, here are tables dirty. drink station almost made of lids, made of straw and creepy. underoccupied or safe entertaining staff. everything has nothing to do with the damage to the building. that's not a problem.
The personal here is very rude. that's all with this qdoba today when I ordered that the hired had a job. she threw my bowl on the counter and the lid was broken. she refused to give me a new lid and wasted my bowl in the car. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this qdoba. if something goes to shiloh or just go to chipotle. I promise you you'll have a better experience there.
My go to place if I want to fill up! Have eaten here several times and have never had a bad experience...lots of food for a good price.
I will never eat here again! The food was COLD and tasted weird. Tables were dirty and server talked low and fast, even when it was obvious my sister was having trouble hearing him. A Chipotle wannabe but far from it!!! Couldn't finish the food, a big waste of money!
Sent someone in for my order, might have been better if I had chosen myself!

I could not contact the driver due to a non working phone number. I called the store and talked to their Manager, Julie. She reached out to Door Dash for me, investigated the problem, and was not happy with their attempt at a resolution. She then had our order remade and had one of her staff deliver it to us. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and ensured that a bunch of hungry healthcare workers got their lunch. I could not appreciate her more. I hope that she gets recognized for her exceptional customer service!! Thank you so much Julie!
