Wendy's - Belleville

What Chaslyn Summers likes about Wendy's:
There was a line for drive-thru, backed up to route 1. However this store has an amazing team and they were able to get us through the drive-thru paid and have our food in less than 6 minutes!!! And that was with at least 15 cars in line. Being a former restaurant manager, I really do understand the fast food business. What Jason Dotson doesn't like about Wendy's:
My experience was not at all comfortable, if anything it was unsettling to experience color bias or racism in the 21st century. In front of other customers, the manager accused me of stealing a .99 burger. Once she learned of her error she insulted me by offering a frosty. It is a concern that Wendy's may be training leadership to push away Black customers by creating false and embarrassing narratives. View all feedback.
