What User doesn't like about Bellevue Food Trucks:
The Vietnamese truck wasn't pricey but that's for good reason apparently. The Bahn mi meat was tough. The veggies weren't pickled but rather a coleslaw and not sure what is going on with the unflavorful mayo. The jalapenos were too small two pieces and thick chunks at that.The bread was good though! I always appreciate a big well crusted loaf. Not sure what Bahn mi the owners have eaten though. read more.
