The staff there is wonderful, very friendly. I've only tried their regular milk tea with boba and I would say it's on the sweeter side. There boba is pretty sweet compared to others I've tried. If you normally get 50% sweet at other places I would recommend 25% here. Besides this, the drinks are delicious! They also have a spacious area to sit and relax. View all feedback.

Saw this place and got excited to see a bubble tea spot in Factoria since I come to shop in this area a lot. The employees working there were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the mango bubble tea with tapioca and my was it awful tasting and so expensive!
