What Ms E doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Very stingy with condiments. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries, they gave me 1 package of ketchup, 3 napkins. When i asked for more ketchup, napkins and pepper, they gave me 1 of each only. Seriously? How much does it cost for 1 tiny little sachet of pepper, napkins, and ketchup for such a big chain restaurant? Do they change the store policy?
