"I had the spaghetti oli, added the sausage, and mushrooms, it was the best Italian I've had in years. Loved the atmosphere, candle lit dinner, laid back, service was excellent, would recommend it to anyone. If they had a 10 star rating id give it a 20!"

"This is our favorite place to eat when we visit Galena. We found it when it was a small hole in the wall; it was recommended by a local. The Eskargot was worth trying. The last meal I had was honey pig with goat cheese. Unbelievable. It's about showing that new things are worth the risk, especially here."

"Great food, service and atmosphere. We started with fried green tomatoes covered in mozzarella and on a bed of marinara sauce. They were very good, and the 1st time I've had them. My entree was filet mignon with shrimp and it was cooked to perfection anddelicious. My wife had a seafood pasta dish with lobster and shrimp, she loved it. The bread and olive oil was very good too.Fried Green Tomatoes will be a repeat when we visit Galena again!"
