"The drink (Four Season Tea) was good but the customer service was not. No greeting, no eye contact, I had to figure out myself that I need to use the machine to order. The drink was just put on the counter without any comment and no eye contact again even though I was the only person in the store."

"Soup dumplings are amazing but pan-fried also steals the spotlight. Not a big fan of the dandan noodles, but thats probably just me. Don’t sleep on the cold noodles though, its such a good refresher. Staff almost charged the wrong table’s tab for ours, but we caught it just in time. Up side was we were sat pretty quickly."

"Went for a stroll through Ballard Farmer's Market and ended up ordering a biscuit sandwich here. Although the place is very small and there is very limited seating (they don't even have tables, which I didn't appreciate , the biscuit sandwich was so good that I would still go back. The dryness of a this buttery biscuit was perfectly complemented with the scallion cheddar spread (they definitely know what they're doing! . It was super filling! We also ordered the breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes, ham and cheese and it was amazing as well. Perfect for when you want a casual, handheld brunch on a weekend. Seemed to be very popular as well as there were tons of orders ready for pickup!"

"Vegan options are clearly marked and the food was great. We liked the vegan spicy victory – so much that we ordered another round. We also tried the Sesamkale, Bok Choy mushroom dumplings and vegan pancake roll. We will definitely be back for more."

"Actually there are some good food, but very few options. this is a good place when they are with someone who is not vegan. but, it's called homegrown and I just feel like it's not the best marketed. Sounds like it's much more vegan friendly when most of their food has meat in it. it says that sustainable on its label, when meat, including steak, is never sustainable. I come to a point in my vegan journey that places that have some options, but mostly meat, is not somewhere where I often want. definitiw always sick of any “healthy” food place as vegan friendly if this really does not. but also, I live in seattle, so I have a high standard. if they live here, this can only be a handful of places that they can eat, and if that is so, they go for it"
