Went to Scoops on 6/17/23. It seemed there were only 2 employees on staff. Store was filthy....Melted ice cream on floor near cash register, counters, glass cases, etc.!!The girl who made our orders was super S-L-O-W and used whipped cream that must have sat out all day as it came out of the can as liquid AND she served to us that way on 2 of our orders! That is unacceptable! We won't be back for awhile. View all feedback.
Fantastic ice cream and the two young men working were polite and courteous. I'll definitely be back soon.
Best ice cream store in the city, we drive 20 mins just to get it and it's worth it. Enjoy!
