"What a beautiful intuition we had to stop at this restaurant! From cycling to visit the edges of the Loire, and tired of pedaling, first to desaltate us...and we were charmed by the place as well as the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. It was a nice gourmet lunch break, the ox piece melting in the mouth and its gorgonzola sauce, and the fries... crunchy hmmm to wish!!! "Lunch this afternoon, everything was perfect, from service to plate! Go without hesitation to discover the cuisine of the chef full of originality but still relevant. Savors mixing East and West in the program. We especially enjoyed the foie gras served in a dashi broth. But it was difficult to establish our preferences to make everything delicious."
