I've been thinking about going here for a long time and finally made it! I was rewarded with delicious muffins and bread and a lovely owner. Definitely check them out. View all feedback.
What Ethan G doesn't like about Avellino Gluten Free Bakery:
Meh. My first visit, I was surprised to see tiny cases with only a few options. I tried a donut, which tasted very strange, a lemon bar with dry crust, and a double-chocolate muffin which was stale. For the same price, and better open hours, the GF treats in the frozen section of WF are much better. I won't be returning to Avellino's. View all feedback.
Delicious Muffins. I have tried every flavor and they are all wonderful. Their breads and biscuits are really good also.
Amazing service and the best gluten free donughts around!

Really? Last year I went into this place looking for GF birthday cakes for my grandchildren. There were bread cookies, baked at a different location according to the labels, sparsely kept on shelves in the store.I asked if they made cakes. The shopkeeper said yes but that the baker wasn't in that day it would take a few days to make the cake so I said I'm willing to wait and offered a deposit. He declined the deposit and was told I should come back in a few days to place the order. A few days later. The same shopkeeper again declined my order. The reason was that the baker didn't return to the store as planned and I had to wait again. Since this was important to me I came back a 3rd time a couple of weeks later and this time the shopkeeper seemed annoyed and I was told it was a supply issue. Needless to say I never went back. And I think that was the point.
