I do believe Jack's is closed. I liked it's meals the two times I visited. What us occurring in Bellingham is that snall independent businesses have a difficult time renting the huge rental spaces. In addition to a variety of dishes, the menu also offers a variety of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu card also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been positively highlighted by visitors, even if these have not yet been entered.
