Charming restaurant on the third floor of the Sycamore Square building. Popular place with great views of the neighborhood if you can get a window seat. There may be a wait, so if there is you can visit many of the shops. There are a couple of art shops on the same floor. Or you can find a bench to sit on. The Black Cat is a lively bar/restaurant in the heart of historic Fairhaven, WA. The restaurant is warm and inviting, but patrons sit close to each other.
