Auto programmed tip is extremely annoying. I have no intention to ever tip for a pizza I order online, pick up at the drive thru and then cook myself. The way it's set up now it automatically ads a tip and you have to select custom tip and enter 00.00 or else the tip will be on your bill.I like their pizza and other items even though prices have gone up substantially recently but will no longer patronize places that... Placed my order online at 4 pm. One pizza and one cheese bread.(Nothing crazy)I scheduled to pick it up at 5:30....even left a tip on my order when I placed it. Wish I could take that back. Finally get my pizza at 6pm. Only to find out they didn't even have the cheese bread. Sorry guys. Please do better. View all feedback.
