"I feel bad they are closing their doors next month but holy crap, I waited over a half an hour for pickup after it was supposed to be ready. They are understaffed and again they probably cannot do much to change it But dang I wish I knew how long of a wait it was. I wish them all the best and am sorry to see them close their doors, food was alright"

"I was near two decades since I last visited Kay’s and I forgot how much I enjoy this place. I stole my very critical 85-yo mother and she ran over our lunch when we came back to her assisted residence. We started with her chicken and lentil soup. Mom then had the chicken pot cake special and I went with a reub. We've got everything involved with her mourning. All were excellent and the peanut pudding was one if not the best I had eaten. The interior of the restaurant is very nicely ordered and has the feeling of a higher end pub, with its damped lighting and smaller windows. Also a very nice separate bar area for drinking with friends or family. Definitely will not wait to go back a few decades. Enjoy all aspects of our experience."

"Best burger I've had in a long time. Got it with KC Hot Rod sauce, and it was awesome... just enough heat without being crazy. Onion rings were great, and the fries are amazing. Will be back.. regularly. Portions are large. Oh, had a spiked Banana Bread Shake, too... wife greatly enjoyed it... size could be a bit bigger, though."
