I've always been a fan of Rustic up until today, but am less than impressed by the service. I was barely greeted, and not with a smile, then was ignored at the counter while my drink was rang up. I was charged 25% more than the price on the menu and when I asked about the difference, I was informed that they now serve a different tea, thus the price difference.
