I went in to buy fresh ground coffee to use at home. Got very good service at the counter the lady helping me was knowledgeable and helped me pick a blend. She asked lots of questions to understand my needs and answered a lot of my questions. She offered me a complimentary sample of a blend I had been considering to take home. What User doesn't like about Peet's Coffee:
Charged for iced lemon loaf and then later when reminded said they dont have it. Why charge? Was asked if there is something else they can get me (this was after a long wait and after I asked about the status of the loaf) I said No and the guy just stared at me. No mention of refund. I walked off without a refund. Shame on you folks! Not coming back here. And keep the change as a 2022 donation. View all feedback.
