I ate a lot of ribs on my visit to the US. I had them in Memphis, in Greensborough and in Natches. The ones I had from Rib Shack, St Louis were the best. They took a while due to the place being very busy, but well worth the wait. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the drive out to eat here. View all feedback.
What R L doesn't like about Rib Shack:
This is the WORST BBQ I have tasted in St Louis in a while. Gave them a try sense I haven't been sense they have been under new management. The BBQ before was better than what they are serving now. No taste, boiled meat, they gave me paper towels because I guest they were out of napkins....they need to do better. View all feedback.
Horrible service, boiled ribs with a touch of smoke is not real bbq. The blackeyed peas are nasty and came out the can.
Love this place great tripe sandwiches....too
Full Menu
The current menu may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of menus, the menu also offers a assortment of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by visitors, even if these have not yet been listed.
