"Eating was okay. Not the worst, but not the best. Sad they didn't serve Mac and cheese. Also the green beans have HUGE onions that were surprising. The service was good. Our server was attentive and polite. The place itself was beautiful, felt like a small family house."

"We came to Alexander's to celebrate a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! We made a reservation but the restaurant was not too crowded and is housed right next to the bed and breakfast on the creek. We had excellent service from our waiter and he made great recommendations on food and cocktails. I had the shrimp and grits, which were full of flavor and delicious. My husband had the pork chop and it was moist, with an excellent flavor profile, and huge! The cocktails were also top notch, and they had a wide variety to choose from. We didn't wait too long for food and our waiter was very attentive. It's a little pricier, but for a special occasion it was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Liquid marihuana drinks and amazing queso! the rest is only extra to pamper them. I traveled the states, and no one ever has this great drink on the menu. I have to google the recipe for the bartender and hope they have the ingredients. here in the menu! we will return."

"Very nice setting. Friendly staff. Food was on point and fresh. Glad they shop local. Fries were amazing. Tried the queso burger. So overloaded I used all the stuff that fell out of the burger and mixed it with the fries. A little pricey but localproduct."

"ABSOLUTELY A MUST STOP!!! I had the best stew with roast beef (not hamburger meat) ever. Went for lunch, had the stew and fried squash, my friend had a great burger. The squash was lightly breaded and crisp, not greasy. Service was great, Paula, our server, was very busy, but awesome. Put this place on yoir bucket list folks, a bit off the beaten path which are the places i prefer, i will return!!!"

"Old Judy’s Restaurant is a staple in Temple! It feels like the equivalent of a Cheers bar but for food. I can’t believe I hadn’t been before. The servers have been there for a long time and are great ladies. I got the chicken fried chicken which was pretty good. I think I’d get a burger next time because I saw lots of them coming off the grill. Thanks Old Judy’s!!"
