What User likes about Skoogy's Deli And Ice Cream:
We had cheeseburgers and great waffles! This is our second visit because our Italian sub was so delicious during the last visit. But the waffles fries... they've spiced so well, you don't need to salt them. Skoogy staff are fantastic chefs and very friendly. We will definitely come back! And we're back! Almost weekly. I lived in belvidere for most of my childhood and teens years, skoogies was always pretty solid. The breakfast sandwiches are kinda grim though now. The bacon wasn’t cooked just raw stringy fat pieces, it was nasty honestly. This is a breakfast sandwich it’s not hard, fry an egg, cook the bacon crispy, and throw it on a sandwich with cheese. His skoogys, his one deli, what can I say. I would definitely go there if I was close or went by.
