This is our first time we visit a Caribou coffee. we were helped by linda- who was extremely helpful and friendly and recommended as well as explained dinge on the menu for us. in the interior of the shop is comfortable- they have a lot of inside. there is even a cozy fireplace in the inner. we ordered two hot medium-sized karamell high rises from here. delicious. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! my family and I frequented this location often, we've typically been semi satisfied with the service (more times than none employees are rude) ... but we still didn't hesitate. We are loyalty members and loooove our coffee. .... buuut when I last visited a few days ago, the girl who took my order was way beyond rude.
