"Great place to stop for lunch. I had a sandwich for less than $8 with fresh delicious ingredients. Braed was perfect. Unfortunately they need to move away from mass produced and tasteless cakes. I've seen them at other bakeries in vic. No need for a beautiful country town bakery to sell them."

"Maybe this place is ok for the locals but for sure I did not like it much. Service was friendly but you have got to order at the counter like in a pub. Waiting time was about 15 mins to get our food. My lasagna was not good - to be honest. This place is not for foodies! I would recommend it only for a beer."

"Had a very enjoyable lunch there today. Found the signage a bit poor as ended up on a dirt road in the Winton wetlands before realising I was at the wrong place! Food was lovely. All 4 meals we had on the table were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Had a go on the flying fox afterwards which was entertaining. A great arvo and highly recommend."

"It's a strange thing to find excellent Indian in Benalla when it's so hard to find in larger centres. We started with tandoori mushrooms, which were delicious and had a really nice korma for mains. Mango lassi was good, as was the naan (a defining feature of good Indian! ) highly recommended."
