I popped in her several times whilst working on a short contact in Benalla, and was delighted to find delicious soup on a cold wet day...and at a sensible price! No $14-18 for a bowl of soup, this was five dollars cheaper than that! And lovely garlic bread to go with it. The soup was from a hot tureen, not a microwave, and different every day. This is a nice bar with limited time open, on weekdays if not busy they don't stay open, iam not sure how busy they are on weekends for I don't drink any
Great, friendly local service. Varied menu, good food, many services, and recently renovated. Great, quiet place to stay in the District.
