Great customer service and pleasant staff. Everyone deals with supply chain shortages and Ben and Jerrys is no exception. The staff was very sweet, efficient and diligently worked to delete long lines with some more belly customers who did not seem to understand or care that some articles are not in stock and it is not the fault of the staff. Not happy with this place. Love the ice cream, but this store at old mill is the worst customer service. Every time we have gone in the manager lady is very rude. We got turned around at the door at 9:50 when they closed at 10:30 so we new we had plenty of time to grab some. But no the lady told us that they wanted to get off early so we were refused service.
