Himalayan Bites - Bend

What User likes about Himalayan Bites:
Always served hot, fresh and delicious. This is the most outstanding and consistent cart at The Bite imo. They stand alone in their uniqueness to Bend fare and I am always, always happy to give them my business. I generally get myself the noodles buttheir dumplings(the mo mo) are stellar and satisfying as well. 10/10 guys. Keep up the amazing work! View all feedback.

What Davide Frongia doesn't like about Himalayan Bites:
the food looks so bomb but tastes like nothing besides a hint of turmeric. overcooked flavorless dumpling filling. weird ranch and marinara type dipping sauces that didn?t go with dumpling flavors at all. this pile of dumplings and a little side salad (norice) was $17 too. my friend got the noodle bowl and threw the whole thing out as well. just order the gyro from the food trucknext door, you?ll be much happier.
