that seems to be a family business, and everyone working there seemed very happy to be there. it seems to be very popular among locals; while I was there, the host welcomed several people with names. clear, this restaurant has a lot of masters. it is a very small, dipping place, but had a nice mood. The menu here has a ton of veggie/vegan options. Got the veggie pho and the crispy veggie rolls. Both were great. The tofu was well done in the soup, would have liked some mushrooms however.
