"This place doesn't need another 5 star review but as someone who spends a fair bit of time in Italy (too much of it in gelaterias) I can confirm this is the real stuff. Excellent gelato across a range of traditional Italian flavors as well as local specialties. Friendly staff and cozy seating area."

"Nice people, convenient location near Drake Park, and good food. Enjoyed breakfast 2 days in a row over the weekend. For both visits, we got our name on waitlist around 11:30am. Friendly staff but inconsistent plates. Saturday was less busy (less than half hour wait) with bakeries available and food was excellent! Sunday was busy (one hour wait) no bakeries available, and a same plate was disappointing (over salted, hollandaise was poor, and stingy compared to day before). Had Tri-Tip steak Benedict both days, again excellent on Saturday, not so much on Sunday. Frittata on Saturday was delicious and quiche on Sunday was disappointing (over salted, stingy filling). So, our takeaway is if wait is 30 minutes or less, you'll probably get a great plate. If longer, you may be taking your chances, though it may have been a staffing issue. Recommended with caution. "Ordered the “IT Sando” and a turmeric latte after spending a weekend with non vegan family where I literally only ate baby carrots, raw broccoli, and protein bars. I was effing ravenous for some real food. The IT Sando absolutely hit the spot. Perfect amount of sauce, great flavor, tasty toasted bread with little millet seeds interspersed throughout millet flour in gluten free bread adds fluff. Great texture. It was small (perhaps larger on glutinous bread, as that’s usually the case but hit the spot after feeling deprived for a couple days. I also ordered the turmeric latte which is stated as being made with Laird superfood turmeric and original creamer it’s a coconut based creamer and maple syrup. I actually was so underwhelmed with the latte that I returned it. It just tasted like someone had put a dash of turmeric in sugar water. My partner and his brother had the açaí super berry smoothies with strawberries instead of bananas (tragic banana allergy and they liked them but didn’t think the 12 oz bevs were worth the $9 price tag. All in all, basing my experience on one sandwich, I’d recommend this place. Next time in Bend I’d like to go back and try their other offerings."

"I tried abbys for the first time and I'm never gonna go back. we ordered an salat and pizza to get back to home and there was no salat dressing for the salat. I called and miguel said: “We don’t give our customers salat dressing if they don’t ask for it.” Are you sweating? "Wow, This place will never get my business again. I ordered 4 Tamales a la Carte (Homemade) and 6 6 Mini Tacos, also 2 churros. the tacos were all laying flat down with these huge pieces of fried fish that was burnt and soggy with cilantro on top of that. I could not eat them. the tamales were covered in enchilada sauce and cheese and had a big glob of sour cream and some shredded lettuce on the side. inside was huge chunks of pork. did not taste good. overcooked and over sauces. then the churros were over cooked as well. huge waste of my money.I do not recommend eating there. and never even got the Supreme Burritos that I ordered."
