Great little Rock Bar, staff were lovely and very accommodating, asked us for songs to play, brought our drinks to the table and set up a tab for us. Locals we spoke to were very friendly and prices were reasonable. View all feedback.

A bar with no glasses to serve drinks, no money to change, and no Tonic Water or incredients for the drinks on the start of a friday night. Bring your glasses and drinks to get what you want. But 2 stars only for the good music. View all feedback.

"The staff were really nice, they let us try the flavors and explained was the menu consisted of. I tried the donut sandwich with salted caramel, it was really good, although both flavors cancel each other out. Definitely will go back to try every other flavor."

"We had a really great experience at Avenew on a quiet Tuesday night. Our hosts were personable and helped make for a memorable evening. We started by splitting the octopus salad. It was wonderful with a glass of a local rose. My wife had the cod with the rose and I had the duck with a really nice red blend. Both of us were quite happy with these (as well as tastes of each other’s main). Dessert with a port was also great. We’ll be happy to come back again!"
