What do you want me to say? the rack o’ribs was from this world. the delicate, smoky baby back ripening with golden Bbq sauce was le top! we want a little more of this creamy coleslaw next time! a so small bowl. we love that they have made a mini lubrication of immersing sauces before the ribs came out, nice touch. I was dubious going to an American joint but then again everywhere else in benidorm were Irish bars along the strip. Went in and greeted with a smile. Ordered the so called world famous ribs. They came out and OMG they were the best baby back ribs I have had anywhere. Seriously I should have gone for the full rack! Meat just melted and left the bone cleaner than a dish after being in a dishwasher! Next time I go back... View all feedback.
