What User doesn't like about Mexico City Marriott Reforma:
The staff was pleasent and attentive, however, the key cards kept inactivating making it very inconvenient. I had to go down to the lobby everytime to activate them. Also the USB plugs were not working with out the charger connection plug. I would recommend changing your key card system.
