The service here could not have been better. Perfect balance of attention without exaggerating it. We traveled with my wife, teenage daughter and 10 years old. The TV screens surrounding the restaurant and showing precious live concerts were loved by my children and they were not on your face so they could be ignored. What User doesn't like about Sonora Grill:
We were guests in the hotel but went into the restaurant through the street entrance. We were asked to wait for a table, after a few minutes a group of 4 came in, were asked to wait too. They were then shown to a table...before us and given menys before us. We were then shown to a table.... We had to ask for menus and eventually ask for drinks.... The local has an area where one can consume at tables, and there's a counter where you can sit down and taste.
