Village Garage Distillery - Bennington

The bourbon mac was tasty, lived in the south since a dam, the chickens and waffeln were well flavored, but the waffels could be a little refined to keep their shape more and not fall under the chicken breast. full impression was fantastic!

Menu elements were not available,, brot and wobble jam, with a limited menu this is not good. server great, space beautiful, comfortable, wants to sit out again in warmer seasons.

Long wait for the table (our mistake to come too soon; the host was so gracious and kept us updated over the length of our waiting. After we had set ourselves, it took longer than we had to accept our order. at this time the restaurant was extinguished. it also took a long time to get our appetizers and then eat. our table after appetizers were not clarified, although there were employees who walked around in a goalless manner. the waitress was not as pleasant as the hostess, the latter, who put the bar high on ease and worth the feeling. the food was tasteful. we had the waving and wagging (double order). one of the chicken breast was a bit gummy and understated. we also ordered the rams that cooked well, but spicy. I wanted the salmon special, the tasty sound, but she ran out nice (about 19:30 clock). the diet soda were a brand we had never tried. we grew like the taste that reminded me of reispudding (flamvor not resistant! overall it was pleasant- though it was not exceptional.

We really enjoyed our first visit! The ambience was nice, the cocktails delicious and the service was great. We had the sour, an old fashioned and the nor’easter. For food we had the flatbread, the salmon special and the bourbon Mac ‘n cheese which was great. Loved the topping of the flatbread but the flatbread itself not so much. The salmon was okay. I’m really excited for Bennington to have this gem and wish the owners only the best. We’ll be back! Make reservations, this place is small and popular!!!

The jalapeno rye drink and the Sgt pepper are awesome!
