"Usually a very good food facility, recently it seems that they have hired an older man who is very rude. I came to pick up my order, as I usually do, stood in front of the pick-up window and both the managing woman and the young man they had given orders saw me, but refused to ask what my name was for pick-up. I went after my meal when I was there a few minutes, like other people do when they come to get their food and this older gentleman ran over and called me Chief to say, Lemme see your phone. He wanted me to prove that I grabbed my food if the food isn't available to me to grab it, it shouldn't be available on the counter. So, after he was sneaking my food away and being corrected by the staff over the placement of door slip feed, he finally gave me my order after he proved that it was mine. Will not come again for some time after this very disregarded the day after Thanksgiving. I even tried to show him my ID, but he refused. *EDIT: I was informed that this was most likely the owner who is present occasionally and is known for rude. Now that I know, I lower my scores and don't support his business anymore."

"Marinucci‘s is awesome. You get no better value than this place. The lunch meats are top notch. The sandwich Italian hoagie which I had gotten. I call it the two day Sandwich because 1/2 easily satisfies me with a drink and some chips. I’m pretty sure a quarter of the sandwich could satisfy somebody that’s regular size but I’m a huge guy always consistent this place the help is always nice the prices you just can’t match I’ll be a customer till I’m in the dirt"

"What a gem! Haven't been here in years since I've been to the philly location but wow was this quite the experience! Our waitress Tamera was very knowledgeable about my girlfriend's gluten free requirements and also very personable and attentive. The executive chef came out to ask how our food was and that meant the world to us. If I could throw 100 stars and 100 recommendations of please visit this place I would! We can't wait to go back!"

"We looove this place. We ate in before, but most of the time, we order to go. I have no idea how to pronounce a lot of the options for Rame, so I usually go in and point and feel bad that I can't pronounce it.... but about 10 minutes late, food is don, and I am on my way home. They pack the liquid separate from the noodles and other ingredients so when you get home, it is absolutely fresh. "Vinces pizza has great taste. crust is delicious. when they first opened, they had a different delivery service than doordash. it was amazing. fast, hot and amazing. then they turned on the door. I had 3 experiences:1. no call and at the time I got the "her pizza was delivered" notification, it sat vertically between my storm door and door (it was raining), but I sat there. Call me. I opened my door to the hits slipped.2 on Friday at 18 o'clock ordered. at 7:30 o’clock “delivery on the way” at 9 o’clock no pizza yet. call them to correct it and then pizza is sent. ice cold. good but not worth ~25$ a pizza after fees and tips.3 I just ordered. the pizza got up fast. on the back of a bicycle messenger. at 35 degrees weather. ice cold, toppings twisted. 28$ for müll. like the hot pizza goes on a bike without warming up in the freeze weathergood on door dash for the refund of all this. but bad on vinces for taking the company, do not actually supply warm pizza to its customers where its 25$ a pizza. imperfect"

"I purchased a smoothie and bowl for $25 today. I requested an extra cup in my bag to let my son try pitaya for the first time. They had a bunch left in the blender and were about to rinse it and I asked if it would be ok for my son to try some in a little cup. “They said no take it out of yours” and dumped the rest down the sink. Awesome customer service guys wow thanks! Your wasting food instead of sampling it to kids. Turned me off to this place."
