Bertucci's Italian

What Raj S likes about Bertucci's Italian:
Earlier today, called in to place the order of Margharita Roasted Veg Pizzas. Leslie answered the phone. She was quite pleasant. When I arrived there, she remembered talking to me earlier had my order ready. She even had Rolls, butter, olive oil plates in a paper bag along with my B'day cake. Our recent lunch outing at Bertucci’s left much to be desired. Despite arriving during the lunch hour, the restaurant was surprisingly uncrowded, setting the stage for what would be a lackluster dining experience.The creamy ravioli, while boasting a pleasant texture, lacked any flavor, was disappointingly bland.
