Was looking for a place to eat in the area and stumbled upon this Japanese restaurant. I was surprised by the authenticity of the service and the food. There was quite an extensive menu to order from. Had a fish soup, the salmon roll (really nice) and the buta don. The food was a little salty for my tastes but delicious none the less. Got some takeaway here tonight. Had the Pork Katsu Curry with Chicken Karrage. I think the pork was store brought and pre-crumbed. Would be nice for an authentic restaurant to do their own. After eating curry in Japan for 6 weeks just recently, I must say the curry was way to spicy and hot. The heat was overpowering, not the nice mild flavourful curry I am used to. The Karrage was nice.
