What Rita Dietrich doesn't like about Carlton Diner:
30 wait to be seated on a Monday morning. 35 minute wait after we ordered a small breakfast for two. Kitchen was really slow at cooking and food was bland at best. Didn’t expect much from the small diner but the waits where unacceptable. It seemed like nobody there knew what was going on. Try at your own risk.
Only a great place with fantastic food and service. Closed on Mondays, so people know.
