This hotel is clean. The pool was down when we were there but you can go to the hotels across the street to use it theirs. The location was perfect where we needed to go on the beach. The staff was friendly. The other hotels around it looked updated too. View all feedback.

What Thalia P doesn't like about Hilton Garden Inn Benton Harbor St. Joseph:
Front desk and employees were great. However, our room was tiny and dirty. There was soap scum/buildup in the shower that was not cleaned and looked like mold. There was an issue with the toilet. It was running all day. Unfortunately, our choices in the area were limited because we were bringing our dog. We will not be staying here again. View all feedback.
