Noodle Nirvana - Berea

I've only ever been to this place twice and both times the food was good but it took over 40 minutes for them to make one single bowl of noodles, while multiple people got their food before me. I had to go to the front both times and ask after sittingaround for 30 minutes for them to start making it then. Not happy at all, and not even an apology for the wait

I have eaten here several times in the past. Some of my experiences and dishes have been enjoyable. However, each time I have waited a fairly long time for my order, sometimes over an hour. They refuse to take orders over the phone which makes it a lessthan ideal place to grab lunch. I would also have to add that the quality can be inconsistent and I find the staff sparselyhelpful. Other patrons and myself have both been refused changes to menu items in the recent past.

Had the Pad Thai bowl as take out. They understood my needs for Gluten Free and explained which options met my dietary needs. Good food and decent pricing.

A small town business that engages with the community. I fully support their partnerships with local non-profits. This is the way to run a business. I had a Pad Thai bowl. The food was good, but the rice noodles were slightly over cooked which may justbe one bad batch. Will go back and try them again.

The food tasted great! The atmosphere was also really nice. The only issue I had was the broth that came with my order was lukewarm at best, and one order of spring rolls were forgotten. Though upon mentioning the mistake with the rolls, the workerskindly provided us with the missing roll, plus two more.
