Food has always been good but today was the best. There was a Hispanic lady that made me and my child's sandwiches. She made the best sandwich I ever had there. Ordered online and can say it is consistent with incorrect orders. Not the 1st time it's happened. Messed up both subs today. One added mayo to a steak cheese ?. I'm allergic to mayo due to the eggs. I was told that it is company policy that if the order is online and is made exactly how the order stated, they do not replace or refund the food. I asked for a replacement.
