"I went to the philippe jean bistro, thinking about eating well, no more. but what a pleasant surprise, an entrance (shrimp rackets) simply succulent, a meat dish of a tenderness very rarely encountered in a restaurant (and yet I made some even starred restaurants) with this dish a seasoned salad to perfection, when at the simply exceptional dessert of softness. So when I read negative reviews like those I just read on this site, I am outraged that people can write such lies, in my opinion it must be people who don't know what the kitchen is and who are accustomed to eating slutries that we serve in some fast food. while they go to these restaurants they so much love but do not try to destroy these good tables that make the pride of the Belgian culinary world and which rings us so much pleasure in these rather morose moments!"
