We came to this restaurant thinking that there would be surely a vegetarian option. There was nothing but meat and fish on the menu. Fortunately they made me a delicious seitan and vegetable stir-fry. We tried some bio local wine (Pécharmant) but it was too young and not very good. The dessert and coffee were very good. We had a fish meal which was described as sea bass, admittedly the waitress had extremely limited English but we were surprised to be served with a dish of risotto with small pieces of fish in it. That would have been acceptable except that the fish had been cut up badly and was full of bone fragments, don't really understand why as sea bass is so easy to remove from the bone, it made for very unpleasant eating. Vegetarian pearl in the heart of Bergerac. They have a small but very nice menu card, including some great desserts.
Amazing little place and I think the only properly vegetarian restaurant in Bergerac. Location, food, and service were all superb! :
