"A friend and I stopped into Charlotte's Café yesterday for lunch. Have driven past many times but never ventured in before but after the rave reviews thought we'd give it a chance. What a little gem! Definitely, not a fancy place but the wait staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. All the food is super fresh and prepared in-house. We will definitely return."

"My meal here was absolutely delicious and the cook was extremely personable, but since it was a Sunday afternoon I found the experience a little underwhelming. I had heard of all the good times and bar atmosphere that I'm sure exist on other times of the week, but it just was slow I think when I went."

"This was our first time at this restaurant and we won’t return. We waited a long time to get our drinks. The tea tasted salty so we asked politely to have another drink and were told it was “the policy” to charge for another drink. (Apparently there’s a policy for when your drink taste like salt.)We were actually charged for tea and the replacement drink when we didn’t drink the tea. The server was incredibly rude. It took forever get our pizza and it wasn’t cooked in the center. The toppings were fresh tho. This was approximately 7pm on a Friday. We noticed two other tables but they had their food already. People also tried to enter and were turned away saying he was closing soon. One star for fresh toppings."

"On the day we visited, there were two vegan bakery options, brownie bites and carrot cakes. we both tried and they were excellent. the brownie bites were rich and fudgy, the carrot cake, moist and light. also the bagels with vegan cream cheese and sweet, also quite delicious."

"As others note it is a bit hard to find this place. Other reviews were not so kind so we had our douubts. But we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The menu is interesting. I had one of the best crab cakes I have eaten in years and my wife's meal was delicious. The house red wine was a bit dodgy but drinkable. We were persuaded to stay for Trivial Night and as Canadians we were made to feel very welcome. All in all, a good evening out and we would definitely return if we visited the area again."
