Prolly had been frozen for a long time that it cant get soft anymore and has cracks. It was really bad. Maybe it was a bad day for chicken, but please don't order rice cakes read more.

"Seen this burger joint floating around HappyCow (locally) and wanted to give it a go. To my disappointment when I arrived, I found out it was just a rebrand of Veggie Grill. They're food is ok (VG) but I thought it was an independent restaurant. But to the food, I got their double burger and buffalo chikn. It's tasty BUT...the price point and size is my con. Just around the same size/price as Next Level Burger, so iykyk size price point don't meet. IMO, I'd rather pay the $2 extra (both burger and chikn sando) and go to Malibu's Burger in Oakland which is twice the size and filling. Which Stand-Up isn't (filling). A rare 3 star rating from me.
