Very disappointed, it is a different owner, the food was not good, the service was bad, the bathrooms were dirty and no supplies, this used to be our favorite spot in Berkeley, not anymore read more.

"Seen this burger joint floating around HappyCow (locally) and wanted to give it a go. To my disappointment when I arrived, I found out it was just a rebrand of Veggie Grill. They're food is ok (VG) but I thought it was an independent restaurant. But to the food, I got their double burger and buffalo chikn. It's tasty BUT...the price point and size is my con. Just around the same size/price as Next Level Burger, so iykyk size price point don't meet. IMO, I'd rather pay the $2 extra (both burger and chikn sando) and go to Malibu's Burger in Oakland which is twice the size and filling. Which Stand-Up isn't (filling). A rare 3 star rating from me.
