I'm super impressed haha! They have a lovely space outdoor in the front and on the side on the coffee shop. I had the best chocolate babka ever moist and super chocolaty, a great savory seasonal scone, and a very beautifully plates and delicious Earl Grey teapot. I think I found a new favorite place! What Elicia Y doesn't like about States Coffee:
Warm service; the server recommended honey latte, their signature, and the banana bread. Banana bread was a bit too sweet towards the end and did not pair well with the already quite sweet honey latte, but they are great on their own! Plenty of tables, and the counter space was right by the windows so it had ample lighting. There are chargers at select tables so might have to move around if you are there for a while....
