Absolute lovely experience which I really enjoyed. The staff were very warm and friendly and very accommodating. It was lovely watching the florists making Christmas wreathes and were more than happy to answer questions. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Hanako:
we have booked for motherday afternoon tee to arrive and say we had not booked for eating. just a table. we got a menu that detailed the afternoon, but no other feeds. very disappointing and will not return. the set-up was very nice, but the smell was the same as sitting in a florist shop, what it is.
