It was a bit confusing as to how it worked. We were in the lounge section and someone “pointed “ us to where our table was. Then it took at least minutes for the server to come. We had to ask how to proceed. Although she was very nice we had to keep looking for her for help. Walking across the entry to get to the food was frustrating as there were people coming in, people leaving and those with full plates of food that we had to navigate through. Then no one picked up our dirty plates! You definitely needed more servers for the amount of people there. My suggestion is each room should have their own food station which would alleviate all the confusion. You wouldn’t lose any seating as the tables would replace the food station.

Noted on reservation that it is a anniversary special event. Neither the hostess nor the waitress mentioned a word of congratulations Ordered KING size prime rib that came with a table spoon size horseradish sauce. Asked for more sauce, came wit another spoonful of sauce that's straight from a bottle. The waitress added to the bill for the additional spoonful of sauce.

The service was OK. We never received our pitcher of water on the table, one person in the party never received their ice for their drink another person had to wait for a extra dish and it took long for our food to come out.

Great food, as always. Our server, Tiana, was awesome!

We had an excellent time! The food was superb, the staff accommodating and the whole deal was extremely well orchestrated. You put the thanks back in thanksgiving. God willing and the creek don’t rise, we’ll be back next year!
