"The best diner food we've ever had. The specials were all delicious (fancy French toast, mixed egg cube dishes, etc. Serving sizes were extremely generous. (Every pancake was the size of a big plate! Friendly service. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the food in the covered outdoor area. In the interior, a small city interior feels. Would definitely come back, especially for the super delicious food!"

"General tso chicken is not chicken. It's more like tiny pieces of meat rolled in some kind of binding starch and fried. The rice was mush and tasted old. The health dept will be called yet again on this restaurant.Do not waste your money here. I don't even actually know what I put in my mouth...Threw out our entire $46 order."

"I finally got to try this place after wanting to go for months because my availability was not the same as the hours of the restaurant. I am happy that they have changed the hours to the restaurant so more people can come.Let’s get into the review:The place is very cute on the inside, it’s new and hopping on a Saturday morning. I liked how busy it was. I can tell it’s popular.However, this is where things take a turn.My husband and I tried sampled a couple of dishes today. All of which were unfortunately lukewarm or cold by the time they reached our table.We had poutine- which was the warmest thing we received and that was lukewarm at best. I had crepes, eggs, and bacon. I was very disappointed that my eggs and crepes were cold and that they did not follow the order note for crispy bacon as it was underdone for my liking.On our way out, I noticed several dishes sitting on the window of the kitchen waiting to be picked up by a waiter or waitress. There was no one in sight and the food was sitting there. I am sure some of which were sitting for minutes probably just like ours were, and I can guess that’s why they were lukewarm and cold. I hope that the staff can work on communicating in the kitchen and maybe timing to go and get food.I will be back to try the restaurant again, but I think I will choose a quieter time where this would not happen."

"It was Mom's birthday I made a reservation and made a special request. Upon arrival, the hostess did not wait for my reservation. We quickly became a table, not in the best position. Various servers would drop the articles on the table and then get rid of them, so it was difficult to communicate or ask questions for sauces, water, etc. After several attempts, I was able to send the server that our final order about the celebration of a birthday, we ordered Dessert and a group came by to sing happy birthday. It was a funny gesture, but they put a hat on my brother's head and started singing. We were disappointed because it was the wrong person at the table. I had specifically indicated my mother's name in our reservation the purpose of booking together with the special requests. Later I received an e-mail that I missed my reservation, so obviously the hostess got everything wrong from the beginning and ruined the entire plan and reservation. No complaints about eating it was okay and overall it is a fun restaurant. However, communication was definitely a problem."

"My daughter and I were visiting Hartford and staying at Farmington. Read about this restaurant online and decided to stop by. We are vegetarians and ordered the Vegetarian Gyoza, Mrs. Peanut and Udon Noodles. We asked for extra spicy. Food was very fresh and delicious, servings were generous. Highly recommend it.
