Rita's always has great water ice and ice cream, but today's visit had great customer service. The girls working there were so patient and kind with us when ordering, even though my 7yr old didn't know what she wanted. Then we ordered her what we thought she wanted and it wasn't it. they had a person working and I waited 30 minutes in the line and never got anything and I left because I couldn't wait anymore. very disappointed
