The staff were friendly, I've read a few reviews about one of the gentlemen being rude (and I think I was served by the same man), however he was perfectly nice to me. I don't speak German well at all and had to order in English. The food was good and hearty. I cannot give a full score because I did feel some obligation to tip from the lady that served me later.
